Simple and bold designs work best for embroidery. We Recommend Clipart style designs for best results. It’s not possible to embroider photographic images.

We are currently able to support up to 6 colors per design. These are shown as 'Thread Colours' on the product pages. Colours may slightly differ due to thread variations. Avoid gradients and shading – use solid colours for best results.

• Accepted file types: PNG, JPG, SVG
• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI for clear and sharp embroidery.
• Transparent backgrounds are recommended for a clean stitch finish

Embroidery backing is an extra layer of fabric that’s stitched inside of a design. This stabilises the stitching and supports the embroidery. This ensures your designs look good and last a long time.
