How does the custom embroidery process work?

Simply choose your product, select a font from our available options, enter your text, and place your order. We’ll handle the rest!

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No, you can order a single item or in bulk.

Can I upload my own design or logo?

An integrated design and logo builder is coming soon but for now send us a message and we should be able to accommodate most custom designs.

How durable is the embroidery? Will it fade or peel?

Embroidery is highly durable and will not fade or peel like printed designs. With proper care, your design will last a long time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically produced within 2-4 business days, plus shipping time, which we aim for within 3 workings days but varies by location.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Since we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make modifications.

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we can't accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

How should I wash and care for my embroidered items?

To maintain quality, wash inside out on cool and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
